                                         Dan Anic

Dan was born and raised in the land of the Evergreen tree’s Seattle, Washington. For the past few years he has been acting and doing stand up comedy in the Los Angeles area. Acting is his first love and was the driving force for his move to Hollywood. After landing some commercial work as well as TV and music video’s he found stand up comedy. He can be seen weekly at the Comedy Store on Sunset and all over the LA area, if not performing, begging for stage time. He loves the theatre and started performing in high school but didn’t take it seriously until he was twenty-five. Since then, he has tried to make it a constant in his life. Most recently he finished a run as the understudy for the lead in the play “Leap” by Arnold Margolin at the Falcon Theatre.

Although he is a new addition to the Red Brick Road group, he is very excited to be working along such a fun spirited and talented ensemble.

Kari Larson

Kari was nine the first time she announced she wanted to be an actor.  Her mom prayed she would outgrow that as quickly as she outgrew wanting to be a doctor.  She didn’t!  After graduating with a B.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of North Dakota, Kari moved out west to pursue her dream.  Her love for classical theatre has brought her some of her favorite roles including Hermia from “A Midsummer Nights Dream” and Dromio of Syracuse from “The Comedy of Errors.”  She continues her studies in all aspects of the industry to expand her craft believing “the day we stop learning is the day we stop living.”  Kari is grateful to be a part of The Red Brick Road and welcomes the constant opportunities, support and friendships within the company.

 Pamela Laurie
Pamela hails from the fine state of North Dakota. After tossing her cookies in her first college biology lab, Pamela discerned that a career in medicine probably would not be a good fit. On a whim she auditioned for a community theatre musical and bang!, got bit by that nasty old acting bug. To the resounding “oh crap’s” of her family she soon found herself pursing a BFA in Theatre Performance. After a summer acting internship with the Illinois Shakespeare Festival she went on to continue training in acting and improv comedy in Chicago before finally landing on the streets of L.A. Some of her favorite past roles include Agnes in “Agnes of God,” Female Greek Chorus in “How I Learned to Drive,” Kate in “Taming of the Shrew,” and Maggie in “Lend Me a Tenor.” Although she realizes she’s probably too old, if she could play any role on Broadway, Pamela would love to play Little Red Riding Hood from “Into the Woods”.

Raised in La Crescenta, Carrie left southern California at her first opportunity, to study acting and philosophy (you know, as a backup career) at the University of the Pacific, before returning to Los Angeles to act and write. Carrie is an advanced student at the world-famous Groundlings School of Improvisation, a published writer, and a curry enthusiast. She co-hosts the skeptical podcast Oh No, Ross and Carrie and plays Ms. Psyche on the bafflingly popular web series, Mr. Deity.
