In Lobby Hero, Jeff, a luckless security guard is in charge of a Manhattan apartment building. He get drawn into local murder investigation as loyalties are strained to the breaking point. Jeff’s supervisor, William, runs a tight ship, strictly upholding the laws and ethics of the building. William is suddenly called to bear witness against his troubled brother. The local cops and apartment occupants intertwine while the attractive rookie cop must stand up to her seasoned partner. Truth becomes elusive and justice proves costly. Kenneth Lonergan’s witty, dramatic dialogue brings to life this eternal battle of right and wrong. Who will prove to be the real hero?
